COST: $995

  • A deposit of $200 is required to hold your spot.
  • Deposits are non-refundable after March 1st.
  • The cost of the trip includes roundtrip airfare, ground transportation, meals, lodging & a tshirt.
  • We will send a suggested payment plan via email, but the total cost of the trip will by due by May 30th.

2nd Timer Policy: Students who have previously attended a YL summer trip to Crooked Creek Ranch or SharpTop Cove must sign-up 3 new friends before registering themselves. If you've been invited to camp by a 2nd Timer, make sure you include their name of the 2nd Timer in the registration box below.

Fundraising and Scholarships: We never want for money to be a reason why a student doesn't sign-up for our summer trip! So first, please let us know if there is a need and we'd love to help make a plan. We will offer an Egg My Yard event in March where students can sign up neighbors, friends and family to participate and earn money towards their trip balance. We also offer partial scholarships based on need. Please click HERE to submit a scholarship application.

Travel Plans: We are booking flights will depart in the early morning of Sunday, June 15th from IAH airport. We'll arrive in Denver and have a charter bus take us to get some lunch and then drive us to Crooked Creek which is about 2 hours away from Denver. For our departure, we'll leave camp in the afternoon on Saturday, June 21st via charter bus and return to IAH that evening. Once details are formalized we will update our travel info. We will have a parent meeting in May and will communicate via email throughout the spring semester so we can answer any questions and to make sure you have up-to-date information.
